The primary role of a PMO is to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
Further, you also enable optimal utilization of resources, help a business achieve strategic objectives, and protect it against market volatility.
Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation

Manage full set of accounts.
Prepare monthly closing reports and provide quality advise for Management
Consolidate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
Review, control and resolve Creditors Ledger.
Prepare Cost Analysis reports
Provide financial advice
Oversee Finance and Procurement department.
Involve in procurement strategy, purchasing and inventory monitoring
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, UBS or AutoCount will be added advantages
Familiar with accounting software
